Sunrise, sunrise



I used to close my blackout curtains tightly before bed, inspecting my work to make sure not even a sliver of sunlight could get through. I kept the curtains closed for most of the day and rested. After listening to Andrew Huberman's morning routine and suggestions, I decided to try it out for myself because hey, he's daddy. LOL. After 3 days of waking up with the sun and immediately going outside to let it into my eyes with a sun walk, my life changed drastically. The first thing I noticed was that I got tired when the sun set. I had scientifically reset my circadian rhythm. The second thing I noticed was my sleep was deeper and I would wake up before my alarm excited to get out of bed instead of scrolling on my phone. But the third thing I noticed, which is my absolute favorite, is my new obsession with the sun. I love that calm moment as it's rising before the world gets chaotic and rushed. The sun lights up the sky in tons of beautiful colors and reminds me that today is a new beautiful day.
